The Challenge
Quick and reliable access to medical consultations remains a challenge for many users in Indonesia. Detexi needed a mobile platform capable of delivering a comfortable, secure, and accessible doctor consultation experience — with health data security, an interface friendly to all age groups, and reliable performance even on unstable connections.

What We Built
Banua Coder developed the Detexi Doctor mobile application using Flutter for a consistent cross-platform experience. The implementation covered user registration and verification, doctor search and selection by specialty, consultation scheduling, a chat interface for medical communication, and personal health history management. The architecture was designed to preserve user medical data privacy and security.

Context
Detexi Doctor is a digital healthcare application providing easy access to doctor consultations and medical information directly from a smartphone. As demand for quick and affordable healthcare grows, Detexi bridges the gap between users and professional medical staff without geographic limitations.
Healthcare has a higher quality bar than most consumer applications — user trust, information accuracy, and data privacy are non-negotiable. Banua Coder’s involvement in this project reflects the client’s confidence in the engineering and UX standards the team applies.
What We Built
The Detexi Doctor mobile application was built with Flutter, with a focus on reliability and ease of use:
- Doctor search and selection: Filter by specialty, availability, and ratings to help users find the right medical professional.
- Consultation flow: Straightforward appointment booking with automatic confirmation and schedule reminders.
- Medical communication: A text-based consultation interface enabling secure, structured exchange of health information.
- Health history: Personal consultation records and medical document management accessible at any time.
